Catherine is a former executive with more than 15 years of experience working in a fast-paced, competitive industry. Having dealt with the many responsibilities and demands that come with a leadership role, she understands the challenges executives face in trying to juggle their busy careers and family lives while finding time to care for their health and well-being. Wishing she could have engaged with a Health Coach in her past career, Catherine is now dedicated to supporting executives and other business professionals on their wellness journey. As a Health Advisor, she enjoys helping them find ways to optimize their health and well-being so they can lower their stress levels, increase their energy, have more balance, feel better overall, and ultimately, be stronger and more successful leaders.

Catherine is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach, and Certified Brain Health Professional and has over six years of coaching experience. With an emphasis on brain health, Catherine specializes in stress management, work-life balance, weight management, energy management, and diabetes prevention and control. In order to be a strong and successful leader, Catherine firmly believes that above everything else it starts with creating healthy and sustainable behaviors that nourish one’s mind, body, and soul. She empowers her participants to take charge of their own health and well-being and is constantly inspired by their individual journeys.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Catherine currently resides in Atlanta with her husband. She enjoys practicing yoga, reading motivational books, and traveling with her husband and experiencing different cultures and foods. She is passionate about giving back and is honored to serve on the Board of Advisors for the Shepherd Center.
