What does health and well-being mean to you?
Health and wellness begins with self-awareness and self-compassion. And from that ground I enjoy moving toward the horizons of purposeful exploration, meaningful work, and care for others and the natural world. Health and wellness means having optimal well-being of body, mind and soul, and in relationship with others and the natural world. And being intentional about cultivating that holistic well-being daily.
