Joi is a Certified Personal Trainer who has worked with diverse communities for years, from school aged kids to seniors, in classrooms, gyms, and in clinical settings. Most recently, she became a Certified Run Coach specializing in supporting runners across their lifespan. In addition to working with the running community, Joi has worked to assist individuals in creating sustainable fitness regimens.
Over the years, Joi’s ideals for health and wellness have evolved. She believes that practicing self-care and creating a culture of proactive wellbeing are paramount. When working with participants, she focuses on the whole person and cultivating a lifestyle that supports longevity through movement and mindfulness.
