What does health and well-being mean to you?

Health and well-being is a combination of how you feel mentally, physically, and emotionally and allows you to feel empowered to take control of your health. That might look like five minutes of meditation, drinking more water, or lowering your A1C by adding more fiber rich foods to your food choices. It looks different for every person and changes daily.
