Louis has more than 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer. His focus is empowering individuals to reach their full potential through optimal coaching, strategic accountability, and hard work. He has worked with participants of all ages, coaching them in everything from body control for sports, to regular exercise routines, as well as seniors looking to improve balance and strength. Louis is passionate about providing guidance and encouragement and even sharing his own weight loss story, while supporting participants on their own wellness journey. Louis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Physical Ed. with an emphasis in Athletic Training. He also has additional certification as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
