Mykal is a Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Health Coach, and Certified Yoga Teacher, who has been working in the fitness industry for 5 years. She specializes in HIIT, core strength, functional fitness. Mykal is highly motivated by helping others reach their holistic wellness goals. Due to her passion for body positivity and mental health awareness, she approaches training from a place of encouragement, compassion, and empowerment. She believes that with the right tools and resources, we are all capable of affecting positive change in our lives and the lives
of those around us. Mykal is bilingual (Spanish).

What does health and well-being mean to you?
For me, wellness is about positivity, balance, and resilience. Feeling positive about our lives overall and finding balance while riding the waves.
