Samantha is an experienced dietitian with specialties in diabetes prevention and care, mindful weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, and sustainable wellness. She is Spanish bilingual and has a background in outpatient nutrition counseling and education, public health research, and urban gardening and rural farming. She enjoys traveling, doing yoga, and spending time in nature. Samantha has lived on both the East and West coasts and is now settled in Denver.
