Stephanie’s own personal cancer journey inspired her passion for health, quest for knowledge, and zeal for life! She is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Master Certified Health Coach. Her experience is well-rounded as a women’s health advocate, business owner, author, and special event speaker with a focus on individual and group coaching. She specializes in weight control, behavior modification, and nutrition education for prevention and health optimization. Stephanie believes that health and well-being is more than the absence of sickness and disease—it balances a healthy integration of mental and emotional self-care with the lifestyle choices that reflect those values. She is dedicated to changing lives by educating, motivating, and empowering others to discover their strengths, overcome their challenges, and move into new territories of wellness. Through her practice, Stephanie is sharing her goal for living long and strong with passion and purpose.
