Pilates is an excellent source of physical fitness. First developed by Joseph Pilates in the 20th century, Pilates principles include: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow. Since it’s development, Pilates has become an international fitness program for individuals of various fitness levels. If you are among those who enjoy Pilates or want to give it a try, here is a list of my top three online resources worth trying today.

PilatesAnytime
